TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice to approved credit. All others check with order or COD.
SPECIFICATIONS: Blue Valley reserves the right to change product design without notice.
PRICES: F.O.B. Port Royal, PA 17082 and are subject to change without notice.
SHIPMENTS: Most items are shipped knocked-down to reduce freight charges. Freight charges are determined by the carrier. Blue Valley is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. Any shortage or damage must be noted on the freight bill before accepting the shipment. Blue Valley will assist in making claims only if proper documentation is provided.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Blue Valley Industries, Inc. guarantees all materials and workmanship for one year from date of invoice with normal use, damage from vandalism excluded. For pressure treated pine, Blue Valley Industries, Inc. guarantees against deterioration from bacteria or insect infestation which impairs the structural integrity of the product. Blue Valley Industries, Inc. does not guarantee against damage from checking or warping which is a natural tendency of pressure treated pine. The warranty does not cover the cost of removing and/or installation of the replacement provided by the warranty. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all claims. Blue Valley Industries, Inc. must be notified before any corrective action is taken and reserves the right to determine whether claims will be fulfilled by replacement or other means.

SLAT OPTIONS
PAU LOPE®: Prime export grade all natural Genuine Pau Lope®. The "ultimate" exterior hardwood.
TREATED PINE: #1 pressure treated southern yellow pine.
DOUGLAS FIR: Clear "C" and better douglas fir with clear sealer.
ALUMINUM: Clear anodized extruded aluminum.
RECYCLED PLASTIC: High density polyethylene with at least 90% recycled post consumer plastic. Choice of gray, cedar or weathered color.
REDWOOD: Clear all heart, free of heart center redwood with clear sealer. Please inquire for current redwood pricing.

FRAME COLOR OPTIONS
Standard powder coating colors are Black, Bronze, Red, Blue and Green. Other colors available upon request and availability for additional cost.

SUPPORT OPTIONS
Please specify type of support required. Not all items are available with the options shown below. The support options are indicated in the catalog. Anchors to be supplied by others for surface mount and gull-wing installations.
